I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a private practice in the Beverly Grove neighborhood of Los Angeles, though I’m currently conducting video sessions remotely.
I believe in the importance of providing a non-judgmental and safe space in which people can freely explore whatever it is that they are facing. In collaboration, I work with my clients to identify places they may feel stuck and remove the obstacles that stand in their way.
Along with my experience working with individuals on a variety of issues, one of my specialties includes working with couples and parents. I also specialize in counseling people who are impacted by cancer and their families. Additionally, my background as a musician, songwriter and television producer lends itself to working with those in creative fields.
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and trained at the Southern California Counseling Center, where I worked with couples, individuals, adolescents and families. During that time, I also co-facilitated parenting groups and conducted weekly sessions with students at Fairfax High School. I then trained at Cancer Support Community Benjamin Center, where I counseled individuals, facilitated support groups, and utilized the FOCUS approach with couples and families.
Whether you’re an individual in need of support or change, a couple wanting to improve communication, or a family in conflict, my goal is to assist you in moving forward with clarity.
